This study examines how advanced modelling approaches and digitally supported logistics solutions contribute to the development of more flexible, efficient and resilient e-commerce logistics networks. One of the most critical cases is adapting logistics systems to dynamic-changing customer demand, shortened delivery expectations and increasing sustainability requirements within rapidly evolving market environments. Emerging technologies solutions are also analyzed as potential tools to enhance operational company efficiency, coordination and decision-making processes. Furthermore, the result represents a conceptual overview of modelling opportunities in e-commerce logistics. These findings highlight the growing importance of comprehensive and adaptive modelling frameworks that support the integration of economic performance, service quality and environmental clauses into regional logistics network planning.
