Submission process

Dear Authors !

First please check the Author Guidelines, you can download a preformatted document for writing an article.

After the successful article writing came the time to upload the article.

After the login you can upload your article on the dashboard pushing the New Submission button:

This will transfer you to the submission form instantly, or from the site view with the Make a submission button on the right:

this will show the preparation checklist and author guidelines first. but you can continue clicking on the Make a new submission link.

 

The submission process has 5 steps.

 

1. step

You have to read and acknowlegde the requirements and tick all the radiobuttions to accept it then press Save and continue.

 

2. step

 The second step is the file upload.

 You can upload the article file(s) with the File Upload button on the right.

 

After selecting the file type and upload the file press the continue.

Preferably upload your article in msword and in pdf format too.

 

 Then Save and continue.

 

3. step

The third step is the metadata step. You can give the abstract and additional authors here and the bottom of the page the keywords of the article.

 4. step

 The fourth step is finializing the upload.

 After the Finish Submission a usual confirmation dialog appears.

Upon confirmation the submission is finally done.

5. step

 Just sit back and relax and wait for the review.

 

Under review

If your submission is under review you can check its' submission status.

It is under review:

Review is done, waiting for the editor's approval:

 

You will get an email sent by the editor about the review and you will be able to download the reviewer's uploaded file if any.

The editor can decide to initiate a full new review round where the whole process repeats or do just a single correction round, mostly in case of minor revision.

Click on the submission to open it and you can access the reviewer file and upload your revised document.

 

 Don't forget to complete the file upload.

 Now you have to sit back and relax again and wait for the publication.
